The oil is applicable after intense exercise, overexertion or a sports injury. The oil has a cooling and also warming effect on the muscles. The essential oils in the Deep Blue Soothing Blend work together to cool sensitive joints and muscles. Its effects are profound, pervasive with lasting results. Once gently rubbed on the area of discomfort, Deep Blue's cool, therapeutic effect will be felt almost immediately. Applications*

• Apply to feet and knees before and after a hard workout.
• Massage Deep Blue with fractionated coconut oil on growing children's legs before bedtime.
• Rub the oil on the lower back after a day of strenuous effort at work or while exercising.

• Ylang Ylang
