Applications*

• Mix On Guard with a tablespoon of water and gargle for a minute. Swallow it afterwards. Mix 2/3 drops with 2 drops of Lemon and some honey to soothe a sore throat during winter time.
• Add 1-2 drops of OnGuard and 1-2 drops of Air to very hot water and inhale.
