doTERRA Peppermint Touch roller (10ml)

Peppermint is known for its enormous versatility in use from toothpaste to gum to freshen breath. As an essential oil, Peppermint can have a soothing import on the head, is very useful to support breathing and works as a digestive support. The oil is 50 to 70 times stronger than a mint leaf and is a great oil to help you get out of your head. The oil now comes in the convenient Peppermint Touch roller. Are you a thinker? Do you suffer a lot from headaches or migraines? Peppermint oil can be relaxing, calming and promotes concentration. Be careful with this oil near your eyes. It is a sharp eye and can irritate considerably. Is the effect of the oil too strong? Then never clean it with water, this only intensifies the effect because oil and water do not mix. An oil only mixes with another oil, think coconut oil or olive oil. The Peppermint Touch roller makes it easy to carry and apply because the oil is already diluted with “FCO”. Applications*

• Apply Peppermint Touch to the back of the neck to reduce discomfort.
• Roll the oil on the wrists and breathe deeply. This helps in getting an energy boost and makes concentrating easier.
• If you feel too hot during the hot summer days, roll the oil under your feet. This cools the entire body.
