It is a “warming” oil that helps support healthy immune function and in the cold months helps warm up the body. Cassia is a hot oil. Applications*
- Add a drop of Cassia to citrus blends or with Clove and Ginger in a diffuser during fall and winter.
- Take one to two drops in a veggie cap for additional immune support.
- Combine a drop of Cassia with fractionated coconut oil for a warming massage.
- Combine 1 or 2 drops with lemon oil in a glass of water to support healthy digestion and metabolism.
