About the data processing

WooCommerce webshop software

Our webshop is developed with WooCommerce software. Personal data you provide is shared with WooCommerce for technical support purposes only.

Web hosting

Our webshop is hosted on a server managed by us. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Daily backups are created.

Mollie payment provider

For payment processing we use Mollie, which processes your name, address and payment details with appropriate security measures in place.

Shipping: PostNL via MyParcel

For deliveries we use PostNL via MyParcel, sharing your address details solely for the execution of the delivery agreement.

General purpose of processing

We use your data solely for our services, not for targeted marketing. Data is shared with third parties only to meet accounting obligations.

Retention periods

We retain your data as long as you are our customer, for a maximum of two years from the last contact or transaction.

Your rights

Under EU law you have the right of access, rectification, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority at any time.
