Siberian pine is a tall, light-colored conifer that grows in Russia and Canada. Siberian Fir essential oil has a refreshing, woody scent known for its calming and relaxing aroma. The oil has a unique chemical composition consisting mainly of bornyl acetate.

Siberian Fir can be very soothing to the skin, making it an ideal essential oil for a comforting massage. The oil is distilled via steam from the needles and twigs of the Siberian pine tree.

Applications Siberian Spruce Oil*

After strenuous physical activity, Siberian Fir can offer relaxation in a soothing massage. Use 1 to 2 drops of oil with “FCO”.
Apply the oil locally to the skin to help soothe minor skin irritations.
Put the oil on the palms of your hands and inhale it deeply to let a fresh “wind” blow through your mind.
