Siberian pine is a tall, light-colored conifer that grows in Russia and Canada. Siberian Fir essential oil has a refreshing, woody scent known for its calming and relaxing aroma. The oil has a unique chemical composition consisting mainly of bornyl acetate.
Siberian Fir can be very soothing to the skin, making it an ideal essential oil for a comforting massage. The oil is distilled via steam from the needles and twigs of the Siberian pine tree.

Applications Siberian Spruce Oil*
- After strenuous physical activity, Siberian Fir can offer relaxation in a soothing massage. Use 1 to 2 drops of oil with “FCO”.
- Apply the oil locally to the skin to help soothe minor skin irritations.
- Put the oil on the palms of your hands and inhale it deeply to let a fresh “wind” blow through your mind.
