Applications*

• Put 1-2 drops of AromaTouch on the neck and shoulders to reduce tension.
• Use the AromaTouch oil for a hand massage.
• Add the oil to Epsom salts and enjoy it during a warm bath.
• Give an AromaTouch Technique massage. You can learn this technique in 1 day. For more info, check out our workshops. We regularly teach the one-day course throughout the Netherlands.
• Use the oil directly on the skin. For a localized effect, dilute the oil with FCO (Gefractioneerde Kokosolie).
