Apply the oil to the skin to purify and cleanse the skin. Because of the high thymol content in doTERRA’s Thyme essential oil, the oil does need to be diluted with FCO before applying to the skin. - Put 2 drops of Thyme in a veggie cap and take it daily during winter time to support a healthy immune system.

- Use 1/2 drops before cooking meat to add the spicy aroma to dishes.
