The history of the use of Fennel goes back to ancient times when Roman warriors are said to have used fennel to be strong and ready for battle. Fennel is known for its distinct licorice aroma and flavor, but its ability to promote healthy digestion is equally remarkable.

The oil can support lung and respiratory health and can be added to water or tea to combat sweet tooth cravings. Fennel oil loses its therapeutic effect in boiling water. Dilute the oil with FCO to prevent any skin irritation.
