Grōw is here: my new book for everyone building with essential oils

Six years ago I wrote a small book for my own team. It was called Grōw, a publisher took it under its wing, and it wandered into thousands of bags at fairs and doTERRA days. For years I received messages from people I had never met, always with the same sentence: the book lives on my kitchen table, full of dog-ears.

Then the compensation plan changed. And the world. And I did too.

Grōw: build a soulful oil business, the book by Tanja Thielen

So I rewrote it completely

Not revised, rewritten. The new Grōw follows the current compensation plan, and it became the book I wish someone had handed me twelve years ago: an apprenticeship in the craft, rank by rank, from the very first “I don’t want to sell” to Presidential Diamond.

You will meet four builders who walk with you through the whole book: Doris, who builds personally, heart to heart. Amanda, the strategist with a system for everything. Jenny, who builds online, visible and bright. And Tom, building a family business between football practice and bedtime stories. Four lives, one craft, and you will almost certainly recognise yourself in one of them.

And because numbers change faster than books, the complete appendix lives on online: the ranks, the focus map, the plan, all of it stays current.

Where to find it

Grōw is written in English and also available in German and Dutch:

Grōw in English (Amazon) · auf Deutsch · in het Nederlands

The English edition is on every local Amazon marketplace, so order it wherever you normally shop.

The focus map, the worksheet on which you draw your own structure, is free, together with the online appendix: www.your-good-life.com/grow. There you can also sign up for the monthly Grōw mail: one building tip a month, read in five minutes.

And if you are at the very beginning and the sentence “I don’t want to sell” sounds familiar: that is exactly where chapter one begins.

Grōw is my independent book as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and not an official doTERRA publication. It makes no promises about income; it teaches the craft.
