Guarantee on Webshop Products

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them in perfect condition. Should a product be damaged during transport or have a defect, you may make a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any defect that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

If you discover a defect, please contact us within a reasonable period – normally two months. If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

It can happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend you first notify us by emailing info@aromapro.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, you may submit your complaint via the EU ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Complaints – Training and Events

AromaPro does its best to serve you optimally. If you are not satisfied, you are welcome to submit your complaint to us. We will treat it confidentially.

Submitting a complaint: Complaints must be submitted by email. AromaPro will send an acknowledgement within 7 working days.

Confidentiality: Every complaint is treated strictly confidentially.

Resolution: AromaPro aims to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
