Applications

• Apply the oil in the diffuser to soothe a restless baby or child before bedtime.

• Inhale directly from hands or use in a diffuser throughout the day to relax after a stressful situation.
• Add 2-3 drops in a warm bath of Epsom salt to create a relaxing experience.

Instructions for use

Diffuser: Use three to four drops in the diffuser. Use on skin: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with DōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
