We know Thyme (thyme) mainly as a common seasonal herb used mostly in cooking. This herb produces an essential oil that has valuable, cleansing and clarifying properties that we can apply in our daily lives, in addition to cooking.
Thyme essential oil we use in winter for a healthy immune system. A few drops on the pillow gives a good night's sleep and acts as a dream catcher, the spicy aroma warding off nightmares. Apply the oil to the skin to purify and cleanse the skin.
Because of the high thymol content in doTERRA's Thyme essential oil, the oil does need to be diluted with FCO (Gefractioneerde Kokosolie) before applying to the skin.
