Peppermint oil is known for its tremendous versatility in use from toothpaste to chewing gum to freshen breath. As an essential oil, Peppermint can ease breathing and works as a digestive aid. The oil is 50 to 70 times stronger than a leaf of mint and is a great oil to help you get out of your head.
Are you a thinker? Peppermint oil can work relaxing, calms and works concentration enhancing. Be careful with this oil near your eyes. It’s a sharp eye and can be quite irritating. Is the effect of the oil too strong? Then never clean it with water, this will only intensify the effect because oil and water do not mix. An oil only mixes with another oil, think of coconut oil or olive oil.
